• We take up fully outsourced engagements with specific project deliverables and carry out the work by using our in-house or empaneled consultants or a combination of both.
• At times, organizations need access to experienced people, without having to commit to long term costs. Further, small and mid-sized organisations may not have the budget to tap into experienced talent. We make access to highly experienced talent possible either on retainer arrangements for a specified time period or through shared arrangements with multiple organisations, as is required.
• When our clients prefer to deploy in-house people and require oversight or project management capabilities, we provide such services by deploying experienced professionals.
